I loved the fantastic location, just a short walk from the lifts. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always kind and ready to help. The breakfast offered good value with a typical European spread, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the lack of spare pillows was a big issue for my stay. I had to make do with just one small pillow on the bed, which made for uncomfortable nights. the shower's water pressure could definitely see improvement. I also noticed that some nearby restaurants closed quite early, limiting dinner options. it was a decent stay but a few tweaks could really enhance the experience.

Loved the friendly staff and easy luggage storage, but Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

missingWrote a review on Nov 20unpleasant odorlack of pillows
Upon entering, there was a noticeable odor from the drains in the lift. I was very disappointed with the lack of pillows. I requested extra pillows but was told there were no spares available, leading to a very uncomfortable four-night stay. The heating in my room was also inconsistent, and despite the staff’s efforts to rectify it, it added to my overall frustration.

The fresh seafood around here? Mind-blowin'! Don't skip out on Le Grillon for a real treat. Plus, the staff were so welcoming, making it feel like home sweet home. Free parking was a cherry on top for our epic getaway.
If you're a light sleeper, the river's rush was a bit too lively at times, but massive thanks to Mademoiselle for moving me further away from the noise!

the heating in my room was kinda inconsistent and it got a bit cool. also, there were no extra pillows available which sucked!

satisfactory but could improve
The accessibility to the slopes is fantastic, allowing for quick skiing trips. The accommodations are comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day. I particularly appreciated the clean and well-maintained rooms, which provided a great environment for relaxation. the breakfast spread was decent, featuring fresh items that set me up well for the day ahead.
The lack of spare pillows in the room made for less comfortable nights.

The location is fantastic for skiing, just a short walk to the lifts, and the kids loved the hot showers after a long day on the slopes. The hotel had plenty of hot water and the bar atmosphere was lively and welcoming. We also enjoyed the restaurant's wholesome food with a good selection of wines.
My kids wished for a kids club during our stay.

Sweet spot for skiing and chill vibes
Had a blast here! The ski guiding was super fun and I made some great friends. The breakfast spread was solid, especially the fresh pastries. One thing though, the village sorta shuts down early, so don't expect nightlife. Still, awesome place to kick back after a day on the slopes!
